Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. At KRAFTED BEAUTY my policies are simple, you respect my time and I will respect yours. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time there will be no penalty. If something comes up and you can no longer make your appointment and it is less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the appointment cost is automatically charged to your card on file. If you do not show up to your appointment, 100% of the service is charged to your card and you will not be able to book with KRAFTED BEAUTY CO in the future.
